Every Sunday throughout summer the Vigeland Museum hosts a classical music concert series in their beautiful courtyard. First, enjoy music from Norway’s best classical musicians, then take the time to explore the works and history of Gustav Vigeland in the museum and park.

The summer series is arranged by Ole Bøhn, one of Norway’s leading violinists. Ole was born in Oslo and his repertoire includes both classical and contemporary music. He has toured many countries in Europe, Asia, and America. In 1994 he won the Grammy Award for Best Classical Contemporary Composition for the first performance of Elliott Carter’s Violin Concerto. He has put together a great line-up for the summer you won’t want to miss.
